Introduction:

Made of carboxy-functional polyester resin. Generally used as exterior and weather resistant coating.

 Types Available:

Full-Glossy(≥80%), Semi-gloss (50-80%), semi-matt(20-50%),  matt(≤20%) and special-effect types.

 Applications:

Mainly used in exterior cabinet of air-conditioner, aluminum profile, fencing of express way, garden furniture, light pole, outdoor furniture, lawn mower and agriculture machinery.

 Properties:

 Curing Condition:

200°C, 15 min.

 Average Spread Rate:

9-12M²/Kg, thickness 60-80um (calculated as 100% powder).

 Packaging:

PE lined paper box. Net weight 20Kg.

 Storage:

Store below 35℃ in dry, venting, clean indoor, keep away from fire, heating, and with coverage. The powder can be stored stably for 12 months. When exceeding 12 months, it must be tested before use.  

 Precaution:

This powder coating is a non-toxic product. The inhalation should be avoided in handling. The operators are suggested to equipped with dust mask and glasses. If possible, avoid a prolonged contact with skin.
