Thermoplastic powder coatings based on polyethylene resins (PE). This Product has excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, durability and low temperature resistance. The non-toxic film has good flexibility even in high thickness. This kind of powder coating possesses excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, low temperature resistance, and thicker film with good flexibility and durability.

 Types Available and Application:

1.General type (S)---for indoor baskets, refrigerator shelves, bicycle baskets, toys and baby carriers.
2. Refrigerator (P)---for refrigerator 

3.Engineering (P)--- for outdoors fences, stands, exterior structures, air conditioner casing, road grid, exterior grille

4. Pipeline(C)--- for industrial pipeline.
5.Special Grade (T)---for other special application.

Dipping Method

1. Preheat the article up to 250-350℃(depending on the article heat capacity and site temperature).

2. Dip the article into fluidized bed for 4-8 secs and post-heat at 180-190℃ for 2-5 mins for flowing.

PE lined paper box. Net weight 20Kg.

 Storage: Store below 35℃ in dry, venting, clean indoor, keep away from fire, heating, and with coverage. The powder can be stored stably for 12 months. When exceeding 12 months, it must be tested before use.

 Precaution:

This powder coating is a non-toxic product. The inhalation should be avoided in handling. The operators are suggested to equipped with dust mask and glasses. If possible, avoid a prolonged contact with skin.
